Ingredients
3-4 baked sweet potatoes (peeled)
1/2 can coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup cartoned coconut milk
1-2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Bake sweet potatoes in oven for 45-60 minutes
- Blend baked sweet potatoes in mixer or mash in large pot/bowl
- Add in milk, oil, cartoned milk, and cinnamon
*Usually 1/2 sweet potato per person
