Dairy-Free Sweet Potato Mash



When it comes to the holidays or family gatherings for the holidays, mashed potatoes are a must! That is why this delicious alternative to regular mashed potatoes is a go to for any family looking to eat a little bit healthier and to get a little more nutrient value out of their side dish. Dairy free, guilt free, and something you all will enjoy, your taste buds will most definitely thank you!



3-4 baked sweet potatoes (peeled)

1/2 can coconut milk

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup cartoned coconut milk

1-2 tbsp cinnamon



  1. Bake sweet potatoes in oven for 45-60 minutes
  2. Blend baked sweet potatoes in mixer or mash in large pot/bowl
  3. Add in milk, oil, cartoned milk, and cinnamon

*Usually 1/2 sweet potato per person
