How Does It Work?

Every gut is different.

To heal and restore your gut, we will:

  1. Determine the current state of your gut microbiome through a comprehensive gut assessment questionnaire
  2. Begin to reduce inflammation allowing the body to begin to heal
  3. Rid the body of unwanted pathogens, protozoa, and parasites
  4. Heal the gut lining and reseed the gut with good bacteria
  5. Evaluate your hydrochloric acid (HCL) production
  6. Begin to implement an 80/20 approach while rebalancing hormones

During the 4 to 6 months you’ll have:

  • Direct access to me
  • 10 coaching calls
  • 11 weeks of meal plans with shopping lists included
  • Your own portal with documents, journals, trackers, etc to measure your progress
  • Access to my team of seasoned practitioners with over 50 years of combined experience
